burned house. investment property (rome, ga) $6000 2bd

this house was partially burned on the inside. all the insides are stripped out including windows and doors. the structure seems to be still good. it is 2br 1 bath about 750 sqft on 1/3 acre. the neighbor hood is old but seems to be safe. i have left tools there before and nothing was taken. the city has called and work needs to begin on the house with the next few months. i am willing to take offers. i need to sell by friday. call me at 229-308-0166
